DALE ANN BRADLEY RECEIVES FIRST GRAMMY NOMINATION
Bradley’s Album “Pocket Full of Keys” Up For Bluegrass Album of the Year
Dale Ann Bradley was drinking her first cup of coffee on Monday when she heard her cell phone beeping with incoming messages. Upon opening the first one, she was thrilled to find that she was nominated for a GRAMMY in the Bluegrass Album of the Year category for her album “Pocket Full of Keys.” It is her first for Pinecastle since returning to the label earlier this year.“I had just taken my first gulp of coffee, and when I looked at my messages, I saw a whole bunch of congratulations to me for being nominated for a GRAMMY for ‘Pocket Full of Keys,’” the singer says. “I had no idea. I was very humbled.
“We all have Bucket Lists, and I was always afraid to even put a GRAMMY nomination on there. I want to offer congratulations to all who are nominated. I am truly blessed and honored to have receive this honor."
Pinecastle’s Ethan Burkhardt says of the nomination, “We are beyond excited for Dale Ann and are honored to be a part of "Pocket Full of Keys." From the beginning of the process, the resounding theme of the project was that "this is Dale Ann." I think she got it right and created a well-rounded album that beautifully reflects her influences, inspirations and ultimately, her true voice.”This has been a great year for Bradley, who released “Pocket Full of Keys” in June. Her first single, “‘Til I Hear It From You,” was well received by bluegrass radio, charting at number 4 on the “Bluegrass Unlimited” National Bluegrass Survey. “Pocket Full of Keys” charted at number 3.
Her new single, “The Stranger,” is a song penned by one of Bradley’s heroes, Dolly Parton. “Pocket Full of Keys” and “The Stranger” were the most played album and track on Sirius XM radio’s “Bluegrass Junction” for the month of December. “The Stranger” also came in at number four on “Bluegrass Today’s” monthly airplay chart
Bradley continues to tour in the United States, as well as expanding her music to audiences in France, Germany and Canada. In 2016 she will tour with her own band as well as play special shows with new Pinecastle super group, Sister Sadie.

Gold für DOS BROS +++ VIDEOPREMIERE der neuen Single „JOLENE (FEAT. THE COMMON LINNETS)“
THE BOSSHOSS haben mit ihrem Album „Dos Bros“ Goldstatus erreicht und feiern jetzt ihre Videopremiere zu „Jolene (feat. The Common Linnets)“ mit prominenter Videobesetzung.
Wir freuen uns auf eure Newsmeldungen.
THE BOSSHOSS „Jolene (feat. The Common Linnets)“
EPK + O-Töne + Interview:
THE BOSSHOSS: GOLD FÜR DOS BROS +++ VIDEOPREMIERE DER NEUEN SINGLE JOLENE (FEAT.THE COMMON LINNETS)

OLD DOMINION'S NATIONAL MOMENTUM CONTINUES
Rising country group to perform two-week No.1 debut single “Break Up With Him” and forthcoming single “Snapback” from Meat and Candy on Today Show, Monday, Dec. 21, 2015
Trevor Rosen, Matthew Ramsey and Brad Tursi are all featured in Billboard’s Top 20 Hot Country Songwriters of the Year
“Snapback” at radio January 18, 2016
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015) – Old Dominion, “which is helping to usher in a new wave of country” [Billboard], will make their national morning show television debut on NBC’s Today Show with two performances on Monday, Dec. 21, 2015. The band has been tapped to perform their two-week No.1 and RIAA Gold-certified debut smash single, “Break Up With Him” from their new album, Meat and Candy, as well as their highly anticipated follow up single, “Snapback” in the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. hours, respectively.
“Break Up With Him,” penned by all five members, is the first release from their first full-length album Meat and Candy, which NPR’s Ken Tucker called “both an enjoyable and a calculated album - very clever and very self-conscious” and Entertainment Weekly dubbed a “deceptively smart, occasionally cheeky, stellar debut.” The single topped both the MediaBase and Billboard charts, spending two weeks at No.1 on the Billboard country charts—a feat less than a handful of debut artists have accomplished in the history of the Country format.
“After a year like the one we've had it's only fitting we close it out with another milestone,” said Ramsey. "The last show we play this year will be our first major TV appearance, and it will be on The Today Show! 2015 was good to us, and with the reactions we are getting to "Snapback", 2016 is gonna be bring. We cannot wait to kick this up to the next level."
Upon its release, NPR’s Jewly Hight tapped Meat and Candy, produced by GRAMMY award winner Shane McAnally, for the highly regarded First Listen program and noted, “the five members of Old Dominion — one of country music's few current, self-contained bands — write clever songs, work in various combinations and sometimes with outside collaborators, flesh out their own taut and tuneful arrangements, and attack their parts with playful precision.”
Old Dominion will perform more than 170 dates in 2015, with upcoming sold out performances in Boston, Mass., Hoboken, N.J. and two sold out shows at Joe’s Pub in N.Y. And earlier this week, Country Radio Seminar announced that Old Dominion has been slated for a coveted performance slot in the sold out 2016 CRS New Faces show.
They will kick of their 2016 Meat and Candy Tour on Jan. 14 in Nashville, Tenn. at Marathon Music Works. The club tour has already sold out several dates, including the Feb. 11 stop at Chicago’s Joe’s on Weed. The show sold out in just six minutes, going on sale only days after their Nov. 19 sold out performance at the same venue that Yahoo Music streamed live nationally.
On April 21, Old Dominion will rejoin Kenny Chesney for his highly anticipated Spread The Love Tour, which kicks off at Jordan Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala. and they will become the first band to ever perform in the venue.

THE JOURNEY HOME PROJECT TO HONOR FALLEN HEROES ON NATIONAL WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA DAY
501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Co-Founded by Charlie Daniels, Will Place Wreaths at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on December 12
"We love what Wreaths Across America is doing in the local Nashville community," said Mercedez Longever, co-founder of The Journey Home Project. We hope that by joining them in this initiative we can help to further spread the word about this event so that more community members can get involved. We should never forget to honor our fallen military members, especially during the holidays when their families are missing them the most."
The Journey Home Project was founded in 2014 by country music legend Charlie Daniels and fellow board members David Corlew, Ed Hardy, and Joe and Mercedez Longever to raise and contribute funds and resources to those organizations that do the most good in making a difference in the lives of American patriots. As a result of funds raised through Daniels' 40th Anniversary Volunteer Jam at the Bridgestone Arena on August 12, The Journey Home Project has been able to donate funds to help with the completion of the state-of-the-art Veterans and Military Families Center on campus at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), among various other fundraising events for veterans.
In 2014, Wreaths Across America and its national network of volunteers laid over 700,000 memorial wreaths at 1,000 locations in the United States and beyond. They were able to include ceremonies at the Pearl Harbor Memorial, as well as Bunker Hill, Valley Force and the sites of the September 11 tragedies; and accomplished this with the help from 2,047 fundraising groups, corporate contributions and donations of trucking, shipping and thousands of helping hands. Their goal of covering Arlington National Cemetery was accomplished in 2014 with the placement of 226,535 wreaths. The wreath laying is held annually, on the second or third Saturday of December. Wreaths Across America's annual pilgrimage from Harrington, Maine to Arlington National Cemetery has become known as the world's largest veterans' parade.
Join The Journey Home Project and other community members in showing respects to Nashville's local fallen soldiers this holiday season by sponsoring a wreath from Wreaths Across America. In lieu of financial donations, volunteers are invited to join Wreaths Across America's national wreath-laying ceremony at the cemetery located at 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN 37221. Arrival time is 10:30 a.m. CT. Laying of the wreaths will begin promptly at 11 a.m. CT. A volunteer bagpiper will be in attendance, and hundreds of volunteers of all ages are expected to attend. A total of 2,000 wreaths have been sponsored so far.
For more information on how to get involved, please visit www.wreathsacrossamerica.org. For more on The Journey Home Project or to donate, please visit www.thejourneyhomeproject.org.

Jake Clayton's "What Not To Do" Video Premieres
Nashville, TN ( December 10, 2015) -Jake Clayton's new music video, "What Not To Do," premieres tomorrow, Friday, December 11 on The Heartland Network at 11 p.m. Central. The clip and its companion "behind-the-scenes" video will air multiple times over the next week; check local listings for broadcast times. "It's a song that tells the stories of three separate people, their actions and the resulting consequences," explains the talented artist and multi-instrumentalist. "We wanted a gritty video - and we got it." Clayton co-produced the clip with Rob Daniels for Please & Thank You Motion Pictures; Dylan White directed.
Taped in 115-degree heat, viewers are immediately drawn in with a sense of urgency, punctuated by blistering fiddle work, dynamic guitars and heart-pounding drums. While the video is a warning about straying from a virtuous path, and is based upon real crimes, it is related in a "by example" fashion and not in a "doom-and-gloom" way. There is nothing "preachy" about Jake's high-energy performance or ear-splitting grin, and both lighten the mood considerably. Split between performance footage shot in an abandoned barn just outside of Nashville, Tennessee and entertaining re-enactments taped in Chesapeake and Portsmouth, Virginia, the video definitely matches the single in intensity.
The radio-active track, a searing up-tempo, was released to Country radio in September. Music News Atlanta states "Clayton is in a league of his own when matched against most of the current young Country artists," and describes "What Not To Do" as a "powerful and honest song in the mold of how they used to make 'em." The tastemaker adds "Jake's on-the-money tenor ... (is) definitely from deep Country roots and his delivery is filled with an energy that the genre hasn't seen in a while." The track is from Jake's current CD, BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON, for Rebel Engine Entertainment.
Jake and his band have opened for Charlie Daniels, Jon Pardi and Jerrod Niemann. He recorded and produced the theme song for The Sportsman Channel's Legacy Trails TV show and, as a musician, he has entertained crowds at Madison Square Garden, the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

SMACKSongs BESTS THE 2015 BILLBOARD HOT COUNTRY LISTS
Shane McAnally leads the Billboard Hot Country list as Songwriter of the Year
Shane McAnally leads the Billboard Hot Country list as Songwriter of the Year
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015) – This morning the 2015 Billboard Hot Country Lists were announced, revealing big wins for Shane McAnally and his Nashville-based publishing company, SMACKSongs, and fellow SMACKSongs writers.
After a year filled with six No.1 smash singles—tallying his career total to 15-and-counting—including the Hot Country No.1 Song of the Year, “Take Your Time,” it comes as no surprise that award-winning songwriter and producer, McAnally, was tapped as Billboard’s 2015 Hot Country Songwriter of the Year. He was also ranked No. 4 on Billboard’s 2015 Hot Country Songs Producers Chart for his work on the recently announced GRAMMY nominated albums Montevallo by Sam Hunt and Kacey Musgraves’ Pageant Material, to name a few.
"I am so lucky to have collaborated with the most talented artists and writers in all of music, and have been championed by the best publishing team in the business," said McAnally. "It takes a village and a miracle to have a year like this, and I am beyond grateful to get to do what I love every day."
In addition to McAnally’s personal accolades, SMACKSongs was recognized as the No. 7 publishing company on Billboard’s Hot Country Publishing Corporations List. SMACKSongs’ roster includes Josh Osborne, Trevor Rosen and Matthew Ramsey, who were ranked No. 3, No. 14 and No. 17 on the Hot Songwriters List respectively.
Collectively, these songwriters are responsible for 2015 chart-toppers recorded by Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Old Dominion, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and more. Earlier this year, McAnally, Osborne, Ramsey and Rosen were recognized in Billboard’s Nashville Power Players Issue as some of the top songwriters in the industry. McAnally was additionally featured on the issue’s cover as one of six Nashville Power Players.
