RICHARD LYNCH CHARTING IN THE TOP

RICHARD LYNCH

Charting in the top ten of major independent country charts, Richard Lynch is a pure American country music artist. The sounds of the Richard Lynch Band are reminiscent of the classics that started it all. The same passion and raw truth that fueled the likes of Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and George Jones, is sewn into the fabric of Richard Lynch. In a world of fabricated country stars, Richard Lynch stands out in a crowd as the poster boy for what true country music stands for. It goes back as far as 3 decades, it comes up with the sun each morning, and it settles in the music and voice of Richard Lynch. The spirit of the Richard Lynch Band is that which is attached to the working man's soul. It's real and it's timeless. It's country, the way country was meant to be.

Backed by a hand selected group of the finest pickers around, the Richard Lynch Band performs a wide variety of tunes ranging from early western swing, rockabilly, outlaw country, hard driving honky tonk, and the cowboy songs of yesterday.

Living the life he sings about is what gives Richard Lynch the edge as a singer/ songwriter. Paying his dues and performing at over 300 clubs a year all across the country is what has shaped him into a one-of-a-kind performer. Richard's style is true and it carries into his live shows. Much like his music alone, a live performance of the Richard Lynch Band is something you feel. It's something you carry with you when you walk away. If country music is a gift that sustains in our lives wherever we go, Richard Lynch is the messenger.

LiveWire Drivin' You Outta My Mind

LiveWire Releases New Single "Drivin' You Outta My Mind" to Country Radio and iTunes Today

Roughstock Premiere's Song for Country Fans

Nashville, TN (May 12, 2014) - Country band LiveWire releases its latest Way Out West Records' single "Drivin' You Outta My Mind" to Country radio today via Play MPE and CDX InstaTracks.  It will be included on CDX Volume 596 on May 26.

The song premieres for fans today at Roughstock and is available for purchase now at iTunes.

A driving rock beat, burning guitar riffs, haunting pedal steel guitar, impressive fiddle solo and intensely passionate vocals are all hallmarks of "Drivin' You Outta My Mind," LiveWire's much-anticipated follow-up to "Whiskey Sunday," the band's 2013 single which made an impressive run on MusicRow, Texas Music Chart and the Texas Regional Radio Report.  The momentum earned LiveWire a nomination for "New Duo/Band/Group of the Year" at the 2014 Texas Regional Radio Music Awards.

From its opening, "Drivin' You Outta My Mind," transports the listener on a wild ride through the wide open West.  As lead singer Andy Eutsler begins the narrative, the kick drum pounds as he grabs gears and speeds down the open road.  The melancholy and haunting undertone is highlighted as he listens to the radio while the "DJ is pumpin' one more 'over-you-and-leavin'-tune.'"  Then all hell breaks loose and the intensity builds as he crosses the Texas/Oklahoma line and shouts "I ain't thinkin' 'bout you Baby and all I'm leavin' behind!"  He hopes the fast car will carry him away from the relationship-gone-bad and the demons from his past - even though he knows that it may be a futile attempt to mend his broken heart; "I'm tryin' to get ahead of somethin,' that always seems to catch me with time.  Your memory's faster than the lightnin' striking,' but I'm still burnin' down those mile marker signs, drivin' you outta my mind."

"Drivin' You Outta My Mind" was written by LiveWire front man, Andy Eutsler, hit Nashville tunesmith Johnny Bulford (Lee Brice, Eli Young Band, Chris Young) and former LiveWire members Danny Bell and Landon Rolfe.  The track was co-produced by Paul Carabello, Justin Woods and Clif Doyal and features band members Andy Eutsler on vocals/acoustic guitar; Bobby DeGonia on electric guitars; Cory Shultz on fiddle and Brad Allen on drums.  They were joined in the studio by pedal steel guitarist Scott Kwapiszeski and guitarist/bassist Paul Carabello, who are also part of LiveWire's touring band.

"Drivin' You Outta My Mind" marks a turning point for the band following the departure late last year of longtime rhythm guitarist/harmony vocalist Danny Bell and bassist Landon Rolfe.  "In our long history as a band, many great players have come and gone, but the heart of LiveWire still beats strong," states Eutsler.  "Our manager, Clif Doyal, really challenged us to pick up the pieces and reinvent ourselves, and to put more emphasis on my songwriting and the musical talent that we have in the band.  So, we took a long hard look at where we were and we re-dedicated ourselves to taking this thing to another level."

And, it seems that the formula is working; following a recent successful combined radio and concert tour in Texas and Oklahoma, the single is gaining strong support from Texas/Red Dirt radio programmers since its release to the format in mid-April.

A video for the song is currently in production and is slated for release in June.

ABOUT LIVEWIRE:
Edgy, honest and passionate, LiveWire's unique sound blends elements of working man's Country and rootsy Southern Rock.  The band's music has found success at Country radio, both in the U.S. and in Europe, and its videos have received airplay on CMT Pure, ZUUS Country, The Nashville Network and Yallwire.  Major media outlets including Billboard, Roughstock, Music News Nashville, the Texas Music Chart, Maverick and MusicRow magazine have all touted LiveWire's talents.  Since forming in the mid-'90s, the group's reputation as a top-shelf live act has been honed by years of opening for, and performing on the same bill with, Toby Keith, LeAnn Rimes, Mark Chesnutt, Kix Brooks and Texas/Red Dirt artists Casey Donahew Band, Kyle Park and Bo Phillips, among many others. The band has performed across America and on the hallowed stage of The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville as national finalists in the 2009 Colgate Country Showdown.  LiveWire released a self-titled EP in 2011 which included its debut radio hit single, "Tater Fed."  After signing with Way Out West Records, LiveWire released a video for "Tater Fed" and a single and video of "Miracle Of The Human Spirit," which benefited the group's storm-ravaged hometown of Joplin, Mo., struck by an EF-5 tornado in the spring of 2011.  LiveWire released its debut album LIVIN' on Way Out West in late 2012.  The critically-acclaimed album produced the singles "Lies" and "Whiskey Sunday."

Nashville, TN, May 12, 2014……Legions of fans already know them as musical heroes who entertain huge crowds every night. Now, fans get to see them as they really are in “The Average Joes,” a full-color 64-page comic book featuring Colt Ford and Friends as superheroes selflessly saving the world and fighting crime in the name of justice.
The premiere issue of “The Average Joes,” will be sold online, at limited retail outlets nationwide and at available at live concerts. An exclusive deluxe package available only at Wal-Mart July 1, 2014, will include both Colt Ford’s new album, “Thanks for Listening,” as well as the comic book.
Brought to life in volume one are label artists Colt Ford, The LACS, Lenny Cooper and Sarah Ross, each touting a distinct superpower poised and ready to maintain the peace at a moment's notice.
The comic book series is the brainchild of Average Joes CEO/President, Shannon Houchins. “The concept for the comic book was developed as a marketing tool to provide artist content for all of our demographics,” explained Houchins.  “Our artists’ fan bases range from very young children to adults.”  Conceptualized by Houchins, “The Average Joes” was published and illustrated by critically acclaimed independent comic book company, 12-Gauge Comics.
Collaborating on the project for 12-Gauge Comics were writer Doug Wagner, Artist Daniel Hillyard and Colorist Charlie Kirchoff. An impressive list of credits for the creative team include writer Doug Wagner’s work on such titles as Batman: Arkham Origins, Legends of the Dark Knight, ThunderCats, and the World of Warcraft: Bloodsworn graphic novel for DC Comics; Witchblade/Red Sonja for Dynamite Entertainment; and The Ride, 25 To Life, and I.C.E. for 12-Gauge Comics; Artist Daniel Hillyard's credits include ANTI, a comic series from Gale Anne Hurd, producer of AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD, and SHERWOOD, TEXAS, the new series reimaging the legend of Robin Hood; and COLORIST Charlie Kirchoff whose first job was coloring segments of Humanoids Publishing’s “Metal Hurlant,” and went on to work for several publishers including Dark Horse, IDW, Image, 12 Gauge and others.
About 12-Gauge Comics - Publisher
12-Gauge Comics was founded by Keven Gardner in 2004 and currently publishes some of the most successful and critically acclaimed independent comic books in the marketplace today. Initial success came quickly for the company, when its debut title, THE RIDE, launched as the top-selling new black and white comic of the year in 2004. That was quickly followed by the release of Jason Pearson’s smash-hit BODY BAGS, which sold out immediately. 12-Gauge then solidified its position as a force to be reckoned with by packaging THE O.C.T. (Occult Crimes Taskforce), an original comic book concept co-created and starring actress ROSARIO DAWSON. THE O.C.T. has been featured on “The Today Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” “Access Hollywood,” and many other media outlets.

In 2009 12-Gauge began to firmly solidify its unique identity by publishing under its own banner (prior titles were through Image Comics), starting with the company's first licensed property, THE BOONDOCK SAINTS: The Comic Series. Featuring original stories by series creator/director TROY DUFFY, the comics were a huge success. 12-Gauge then moved into the untapped market of country music with superstar recording artist TRACE ADKINS. In LUKE MC BAIN, Adkins lends his likeness to a hard-as-nails character in an adventure story of revenge and redemption. Adkins went on a wide publicity tour for the comics, with highlights being a guest appearance on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” and a feature story in “USA Today.” Critical praise has continued to follow the release of other new titles, such as the high-concept series MAGUS, R.P.M. from NYT #1 Bestselling author MICK FOLEY, the action-franchise ICE, gritty crime drama LOOSE ENDS, and Gale Anne Hurd’s ANTI.

LADY ANTEBELLUM RELEASES LEAD SINGLE “BARTENDER”

LADY ANTEBELLUM RELEASES LEAD SINGLE  “BARTENDER” OFF UPCOMING FIFTH STUDIO ALBUM

Trio To Open Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series With New Single on May 23

Nashville, TN – May 12, 2014 – Seven-time GRAMMY award winning trio Lady Antebellum dropped the lead single “Bartender” off their upcoming fifth studio album today.  The swampy, sultry breakup anthem is available at Country Radio now and will be available for purchase at digital retailers on May 20.
Written by Lady A’s Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley, Hillary Scott and co-writer Rodney Clawson, the trio enlisted Nathan Chapman to co-produce the new single featuring Scott’s lead vocal and the trio’s signature harmonies.
“For this new stuff, we wanted keep the core of Lady A, while also experimenting with new sounds and ideas,” said Kelley. “Nathan was really instrumental in pushing us to try different harmonies and new songs that were a little out of the box for us. There’s a lot of energy that comes with those changes and ‘Bartender’ is just of taste of what we’ve been working on.”
Rather than the late night drunk-dial approach of the band's international smash hit "Need You Now," these lyrics are poised to become a female anthem centered around washing an ex's memory away with whiskey on a wild girls' night out.
“I love this song because there’s something empowering about not going for the rebound or just moping around over a guy,” said Scott. “There are those times in your life when you need to feel sorry for yourself and be sad, but this song is all about hitting the dance floor with your girlfriends and just forgetting him.”
“We’ve been crazy busy writing, and when we’re this deep into it, we get so excited about new music that we can’t wait to get it out,” added Dave Haywood. “We’ve been outdoors playing amphitheaters and are loving the energy that the fans bring to those outdoor shows. So, when we sat down to write with Rodney for the first time, we really wanted some new stuff to keep fans on their feet.”
The trio is set to perform the new single when they kick off Good Morning America’s summer concert series live from Central Park on May 23. From New York City, the trio will continue on their headlining 2014 TAKE ME DOWNTOWN TOUR.
