Erica Nicole “I Listen To My Bad Girl”

Erica Nicole Completely Redefines Her Style
with Release of Hard-Hitting New Single, “ I Listen To My Bad Girl”

Erica Nicole’s newest single, “I Listen To My Bad Girl,” is taking her music to a whole new level. A complete reinvention of her sound, Erica is breaking out of her mold and showing the world what she’s musically capable of producing.

What you see and hear in her new single, “I Listen to My Bad Girl,” showcases Erica’s vocal and musical strength, and working alongside producer Kent Wells of Nashville, TN, you hear that classic Nashville sound only Nashville musicians can give you.

In the new single, Erica is completely redefining her style and attitude.

“I am finally getting to be me. I am finally comfortable with who I am as a person in my own skin. It’s not so much the new me; it’s the real me. My new songs allow me to share more of myself with my audience and fan base,” said Erica.

Written by Debbie Pascarella and Dani Jamieson, “I Listen to My Bad Girl” tells of that little voice inside a women’s mind, to just go and have fun!

Nowhere is this felt more strongly than in the powerful bridge and chorus: “Most of the time I find myself listening to the good one/but sometimes she just ain’t no fun, so/I listen to my bad girl/the one who loves trouble/the one I shouldn’t hang around/Yeah you know my bad girl/she dares me to the double/hangs out with the rowdy crowd/Even though I know it ain’t right/I listen to my bad girl.”

These lyrics resonate with Erica. “I feel like every girl, all of us out there, feels like this. We’re good, but we have this alter ego, this little devil on our shoulder that wants us to go out and be a little more on the edge sometimes. Even though we’re not bad people, and we’re not going to do bad things, there’s this little person inside of us that says go be your bad girl,” she said.

Beyond the new single, Erica is also working on a new album that continues to stretch her music to places she’s never been before. Get ready to be blown out of your seat by the power in her new sound.

To promote her new single and upcoming album, Erica is heading out on the road for a radio tour across the country. Be sure to tune in to hear the latest music and news.

The Last Song of Downday

DOWNDAY’s Sophomore Single “The Last Song” Lands on Music Row’s Most Added List

(Nashville, TN)---Render Records Group DOWNDAY is proving to be one of the hottest and fastest growing Country Rock bands in America. With an official release date of February 11th, their powerful sophomore ballad, “The Last Song” landed on Music Row’s most added list this week amongst Rascal Flatts, Eric Church and Kip Moore.

“We are so thrilled with the response that radio has given us in such a short period of time,” said DOWNDAY’s lead singer Rockey Jones. “We can't wait to meet every one of you in person on our radio tour!”

Working with platinum selling producer Steve Freeman and signed to Render Records, “The Last Song” is the first single from DOWNDAY's sophomore album, After All These Years.  Already met with critical success, Roughstock reviews it with legendary comparisons:

"The Last Song" is a powerful ballad from rising band Downday. Signed to Render Records, the band showcases the ability to harmonize as strong as some classic rock bands (The Eagles come to mind) while having the Country storytelling of a band like Blackhawk."

The album is slated for release on May 26, 2014 and will feature Jonathan Cain from Journey on the title track.

About DOWNDAY

DOWNDAY scored their first Country radio Top 40 hit in 2013 with debut single, “Back in the Day,” while the music video made its home on  CMT, GAC, ZUUS Country and TNN. Alongside the single release, “Back in the Day” was chosen to be featured on the home page of iTunes in June of 2013 and was the most added song at reporting country radio for two straight weeks.

PHILLIP PHILLIPS & THE BAND PERRY TO PERFORM
AT SUPER BOWL XLVIII PREGAME SHOW & NFL ON FOX

Broadway's Jersey Boys & Rock of Ages to perform at NFL Tailgate Party

PHILLIP PHILLIPS and THE BAND PERRY will perform as part of the Super Bowl XLVIII pregame show in East Rutherford, NJ on Sunday, February 2, the NFL and FOX announced today.  The two acts will perform at the NFL Tailgate Party and part of each performance will be televised live on FOX SUPER BOWL SUNDAY.

In addition, Broadway will travel to New Jersey when the cast of the Tony and Grammy Award winning musical JERSEY BOYS and the cast of the electrifying musical ROCK OF AGES perform at the NFL Tailgate Party.

One of the biggest singles of 2012, the quadruple-platinum “Home” announced Phillip Phillips as a singer/guitarist of both rare authenticity and massive pop appeal. Centering on the American Idol season 11 winner’s rich, raspy vocals and masterful guitar skills, “Home” served as the lead single from The World from the Side of the Moon (19 Entertainment/Interscope Records)—a platinum-selling album that shot to #4 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart upon its November 2012 release. Phillips’s widely acclaimed debut also features the platinum single “Gone, Gone, Gone” and the Phillips’ penned “Where We Came From,” as well as a host of numbers that flaunt the 23-year-old Georgia native’s songwriting chops. Phillips spent most of 2013 on the road – with Matchbox 20, headlining a college tour and most recently he brought his rootsy brand of rock-and-roll to arenas around the country as the opening act for singer/songwriter superstar John Mayer’s Born and Raised tour. Phillips is currently in the studio recording his next album and will debut a new song during his NFL Tailgate Party performance.  www.phillipphillips.com

The Band Perry has ascended to dizzying heights since releasing their self-titled debut album on Republic Nashville in 2010, which scored the sibling trio a string of hits, including the quadruple-platinum "If I Die Young" (#1 on Billboard¹s Country and AC charts); platinum "You Lie" and gold "All Your Life" (#1 Country). Fronted by Kimberly Perry and rounded out by her younger brothers Neil and Reid, the band has amassed over 10.3 million tracks sold from their platinum debut and gold sophomore release PIONEER, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and #2 All Genre. In addition to acclaim from top critics across the country, PIONEER has produced two consecutive #1 Country smashes the platinum "Better Dig Two" and gold "DONE.," which earned Neil and Reid their first chart-topper as songwriters. Their latest single, "Don¹t Let Me Be Lonely," is currently #2 at Country radio.  The Band Perry have also enjoyed sold-out headlining dates and are currently out on their first global headline tour WE ARE PIONEERS World Tour.  Their showering of honors include multiple ACM, CMA, and CMT Music Awards, as well as GRAMMY, Teen Choice, AMA, ACA, and Billboard Music Award nominations, all of which has cemented the sibling trio as one of the hottest acts in recent history. For tour dates and more, visit www.thebandperry.com.

More than 164 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year’s Super Bowl.  The pregame show and Super Bowl XLVIII will be broadcast worldwide.

The NFL previously announced that RENÉE FLEMING will perform the National Anthem and BRUNO MARS will perform in the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show.  The pregame and halftime shows are an NFL NETWORK PRODUCTION and will be executive produced by RICKY KIRSHNER.

THE MAVERICKS CELEBRATE OVER TWO DECADES WITH TOUR 2014

THE MAVERICKS CELEBRATE OVER TWO DECADES TOGETHER WITH NEW TWENTY-FIVE LIVE TOUR BEGINNING FEBRUARY 27

Grammy-Winning Band’s Music Tops Critics Lists in 2013

Celebrating over two decades of performing together, THE MAVERICKS will embark on the 25 LIVE TOUR February 27 with the same fervor and euphoria they have been known for. The GRAMMY Award-winning group, who the Village Voice proclaimed, “in a word or three, the Mavericks are cool as sh*t,” scored a slot on The Boston Globe’s Top 10 Concerts of 2013.

“While the band was formed in the summer of 1989, our first show wasn’t until months later … making 2014 our twenty-fifth year together and we’re very excited to get back out on the road,” says guitarist Robert Reynolds. “In many ways, our fans have become de facto members of the group and it seems high time we throw a party!”

In spite of an indefinite divergence in 2004, The Mavericks musical connection never fizzled and last February, Cuban-American frontman Raul Malo and vivacious musicians Paul Deakin, Robert Reynolds, Eddie Perez and Jerry Dale McFadden reconnected to release a new album IN TIME (The Valory Music Co.). The band's return has sparked critical-acclaim for both their new music and exhilarating live shows. No Depression said, “…the energy of a locomotive barreling down a track at a hundred miles an hour. The chemistry between these guys is so good that you wonder why they ever split up.” Armed with an unmatched sound and fresh songs, it’s no wonder the project found its way onto many music critics’ Best Of lists, including American SongwriterThe Boston GlobeNPRLos Angeles Times and New York Magazine.

The Mavericks’ music has most recently been featured in the movie GRUDGE MATCH and ABC’s new TV drama “Killer Women,” in which the band also made a cameo appearance performing "Dance In The Moonlight."

Fans will be treated to new music and hits like “Here Comes The Rain,” “Crying Shame,” “Dance The Night Away” and “All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down,” which earned The Mavericks a plethora of industry awards.

DOLLY PARTON BLUE SMOKE WORLD TOUR 2014

DOLLY PARTON SET TO KICK OFF 'BLUE SMOKE WORLD TOUR' THIS WEEK

PARTON ADDS SHOWS IN TAMWORTH & CAIRNS; BOTH SHOWS SOLD OUT!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 22, 2013) – Iconic singer, songwriter, musician, actress, philanthropist, and 2014 Grammy nominee, DOLLY PARTON, is set to kick off her “Blue Smoke World Tour” this Friday, January 24, in Rancho Mirage, California.  In addition this past Friday, Parton announced shows in Tamworth and Cairns being added to the Australian leg of the tour, both shows are already sold out!

“It’s always great to perform at home in the good ol’ USA.  We're kicking off our Blue Smoke World Tour right here at home.  I love traveling all over the world; but it’s true, there’s nothing like home,” says Dolly Parton.

After a widely successful tour of Australia in 2011, Parton will head down under for her first visit to New Zealand in over three decades as well as a return visit to Australia.  “Australia, here I come again.  We have a lot of new and exciting things for the show and can't wait to share it with you.  I love my fans in that part of the world.  You've been so very good to me for so many years, I’m really, really excited to be coming back to New Zealand again after 30 years or so.  And I know that we're gonna have a wonderful time.  It’s a long way from home in your part of the world, but I always feel like I'm right at home.  So Australia, New Zealand, I'm coming home.  Wait up!”

After returning home from Australia and New Zealand, there is no slowing down for Dolly.  In May, Dolly will, once again, hit a few more markets in America before heading across the pond for June concerts in Europe as well as a return to the O2 Arena in London, the venue where Dolly recorded and filmed An Evening With…Dolly (Dolly Records), her widely praised DVD/CD set that was certified GOLD by the RIAA.

“Every time I come to Europe I’m just as excited as I was my very first time, which was many, many years ago.  I love that part of the world and I especially love the fans,” adds Parton.  “We always have such a good time and I've put together a lot of things for this show that I think the fans will love.  We had not planned to come back so soon, but we got so much fan mail and such a great reaction that I thought ‘Well, why not.  If they're having a good time and we always do, let’s just do it’.”

In 2011, Dolly continued to receive accolades for what was her most successful European and Australian tour of her 45-plus year career—The Better Day Tour! During the 2011 tour, Dolly performed for record-breaking attendances in both Europe and Australia, surpassing her previous attendance records. In 2008, Dolly performed 17 European shows to over 170,000 fans, surpassing her then-best 2007 European tour, where she played 21 shows for over 140,000 people.  Each of these treks grossed in the tens of millions of dollars and established Dolly as Europe’s favorite and most successful country artist.
