Get Your Redneck On KRYSTAL KEITH

KRYSTAL KEITH'S DEBUT SINGLE GOES TO RADIO
"Get Your Redneck On" Follows Viral Video Introduction

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) Show Dog-Universal recording artist Krystal Keith will introduce her debut single to radio, "Get Your Redneck On," this month. The first official release from her upcoming album Whiskey & Lace follows the Father's Day and wedding sensation "Daddy Dance With Me."

Co-written by Krystal and noted producer Nathan Chapman (Taylor Swift, Shania Twain), "Get Your Redneck On" upends the familiar party anthem conventions for laid-back banjo and steel guitar-fueled river-float drifting:

            Muddy bank between my toes
Kicking back while the river flows
            Wherever the hell it goes
I don't really care to know
I just wanna hear a country song
            And get my redneck on

Keith is currently on her first radio tour in support of the song, though music fans are already becoming familiar with her work. "Daddy Dance With Me," which she co-wrote as a surprise for her father Toby Keith, debuted at her own wedding.

Response was so great, she agreed to share it with her record label and the world. A video for the song generated more than a million views during the wedding season and the Father's Day calendar window.

Recently, the Oklahoma native was honored to perform at the Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert in Norman alongside Willie Nelson, Sammy Hagar, Trisha Yearwood, Ronnie Dunn, Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood and, of course, her father.

New Artist Spotlight: Lucy Malheur

New Artist Spotlight: Lucy Malheur

Lucy started to play guitar as a teenager, teaching herself how to play, and writing new songs whenever she found some new chords.
After a short while she founded her first band.

In those days, girls were not so common in bands, and if there were any, they were mostly singers who swung a tambourine in a decorative way. And then came Lucy – brash, loud, playing her electric guitar.

Years came and went, and so did her bands and musical styles.
Lucy became more sophisticated, and at one point, she had to make a decision. Since she couldn't stand the thought of sacrificing musical quality on the alter of success, she packed the whole thing in and got herself a job.

After having had lots of bad luck in her private life, she suddenly realized that she herself was the only person who could help her. She also realized how much she missed her music.

So she went to a recording studio belonging to two friends of hers and started to record some old songs - just for fun, to find out whether she was still able to do this.
Between recording sessions she began to write new material.
This hadn't happened in years, and it made her feel better and better all the time.

Encouraged by her friends at the recording studio and her record label, she decided to share her music with others.
It was around that time when she wrote her first Country and Bluegrass songs.

Having recorded more material than she actually needed for one album in the meantime, she chose some songs and published an album. Because of the mix of styles, this album has to be perceived more as a kind of musical introduction, a compilation of things yet to come.
All of this was like a coup for her, hence the name "Therapy".

However, it took her yet another album called "Little Blue Devils" which was a Blues album, until she finally wrote and recorded new material for her third album, a Country and Bluegrass album which she called "I Can Wait".

The lyrics of Lucy's songs always have a personal meaning.
They are happy, sad, contemplative, ironic – just like Lucy.

As Lucy would put it herself:
I want to reach out to the people, and even if there are only few whom I can touch with my music, it's worth the effort.”

Lucy Malheur:
"There's a story behind every song on I Can Wait. Here are some excerpts."

About "Micky's Marker":
"Micky's Marker" is a song about Micky, the guy who was the Recording Engineer of most
of the songs on "I Can Wait", and about the markers in the audio recording software.

About "Southern Comfort On My Mind":
I like Southern Comfort, but I hardly ever drink it these days.

About "My Old Home":
This song is about the time when I was living with my grandparents, and every word is true.

About "Short, Fat And Ugly":
Picture a group of Highschool girls. There's the beautiful "princess" and her
"ladies-in-waiting". This song is written from the perspective of an "Ugly Betty"
type of girl who would like to join this group.

About: "Blame It On The Change":
Once a woman gets to a certain age, things change.
This song looks upon this difficult time in life with an understanding smile.

About "Barrister Blues":
Based on a true story. By the way, I won.

About "Braggartsville":
This town exists, and the people there are real too.
Only the name is my own creation.

About: "I Am A Stranger":
I wrote this song when I was a teenager.
Sometimes I'm led to believe not much has changed since then.

About: "Mister Albert Lee":
Wishful thinking. However, I would love Albert to come round my place and have a cup of tea with me. And I wouldn't mind if he brought his guitar with him.

Elizabeth Montgomery CD Release Party

Elizabeth Montgomery Announces September 15th CD Release Party at Dance World of Nashville

(NASHVILLE, Tennessee) -- Nashville-based recording artist Elizabeth Montgomery is pleased to announce that a CD release party for her upcoming album, “Singing the Sky Blue,” will be held on Sunday, September 15th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Dance World of Nashville (630 Rundle Avenue). The music and dance event is free and open to the public, and will feature dancers, a performance by Montgomery, and food and desserts will be available.

"Singing the Sky Blue" is a 1940′s themed recording, filled with uplifting songs in a big band style. The album includes such memorable classics as "Sunny Side of the Street," “The Sound of Music,” "Moon River/Blue Moon," "What a Wonderful World," "I'll be Seeing You” and more.

Produced by Robert White Johnson (Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Martins, BJ Thomas), the album’s first single, “I’ve Got the World on a String,” has captured the attention of Nashville’s dance community. A signature dance was created by respected Nashville choreographer, Barry Amato, and plans are being made to launch the dance in Europe this fall in conjunction of Montgomery’s appearance at an event in Paris.

"I am so excited about the release of the long awaited CD, 'Singing the Sky Blue,'" said Montgomery. "I invite you to come with me on this journey and we will recapture the beauty and elegance of an era in our history when America was bustling with music and dance."

Montgomery's singing career almost didn't happen. For the first fourteen years of her life, Montgomery spent much of her time in hospitals, enduring an extremely serious lung condition that was thought to be terminal. After a miraculous healing, she was determined to make up for lost time and pursue music. As a teenager, Montgomery recorded a Gospel album - the first of nine. Classically trained, she has performed numerous operatic roles including “Twelfth Night” and “Hansel and Gretel,” and she has traveled throughout the U.S., Europe and Central America, with over 3000 performances to her credit.

WILL BANISTER & GENE WATSON UK TOUR

WILL BANISTER RETURNS TO BRITAIN
October Dates with Gene Watson

Will Banister, welcomed by many British country fans as the best “real country” newcomer on the American country scene, returns to these shores in October, this time touring with Gene Watson, guaranteeing a 100% hardcore country package.

Rapidly developing a loyal following in the U.K., the Clovis, New Mexico based singer-songwriter scored another “first” earlier this year by making his French debut at the Country Rendez-Vous Festival in Craponne-sur-Arzon (July 26-28).

Banister’s appearance came following his enthusiastic reception given him at last year’s International Festival of Country Music, Wembley which captured the attention of Jean Agostini, of the French festival selection board.

“Will and his band really impressed me at Wembley, so I thought they would be perfect for our festival” said Agostini. “They’re great musicians and wonderful people. Will Banister represents the new generation of honky-tonk artists, with his music inspired by such as Hank Williams and George Strait. The huge crowds at our festival really appreciated his performance”.

Several clips of Banister appearing at the Festival can be found on YouTube as well an overview of the event - www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOkAYOrqXLc – which also included performances by The Mavericks and Britain’s Swing Commanders among the many acts appearing.

“Now I’m looking forward to coming back to Britain and touring with Gene Watson, an artist whose records I’ve always enjoyed. It’ll be a great pleasure to tour with him” says Banister, who adds that he’s looking forward to meeting his fans as well as hoping to make a lot of new friends.

The forthcoming visit also sees him making his debut in Ireland, where his music is assured of a warm welcome!

Thursday      10 October   Butlins, Skegness
Friday           11 October   Circus Tavern, Purfleet, Essex
Saturday       12 October   Irish Centre, Leeds
Monday        13 October   Allingham Arms, Bundoran, Co Donegal
Tuesday        14 October   City Hotel, Armagh, Co Armagh

On record his latest album, “Turn Back Time”, produced by Johnny Mulhair, continued the enthusiastic reaction that had greeted his first, “Turned Her On To Country”. Duncan Warwick, in concluding his 5 star review (Country Music People: October 2012), concluded: “Once again Will Banister has showed the major labels, not only what they’re missing, but what they should be doing”.

MIDNIGHT SPECIAL & NASHVILLE

HOT PEPPER DOLL

HOT PEPPER DOLL

                        International Line-dance Sensation
                                        Goes Viral

(Nashville, Tenn.- September 3, 2013)   English and Spanish recording artist CERRITO’s new single and video Hot Pepper Doll has amassed over 565,000 views world-wide. Hot Pepper Doll, written in 1976 by lengendary writer Cy Coben, features fun and notable words as, tums, enchiladas, tostas, frijoles, tamales, and quacamole, is perfect for his  “South of the Border Sound”.

Music Row’s Robert Oermann had this to say recently.  “This Latin bopper comes complete with staccato horn bursts as it
praises the spicy culinary skills of his bethrothed.  They’ll be
wed if his stomach can take the heat. Very cute.”

Hot Pepper Doll has been choreographed by dancers from Japan, Italy, France, Australia, Poland, Mexico, Spain, Germany, France, South Africa, Dutch, Chinese, Hispanic and America. The bilingual country star entertained crowds at The Chevy Roadhouse Stage at this year’s CMA Music Festival in Nashville, where he performed Hot Pepper Doll. CERRITO introduced “Hot Pepper Dolls” from Switzerland who performed the line-dance and wowed
the crowds.

CERRITO is in the studio working on his new album for 2014.
