SHOW DOG-UNIVERSAL RUSHES KRYSTAL KEITH RELEASE
Surprise Song "Daddy Dance With Me" Moves Label Head/Father
(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) The release of Krystal Keith's full length country music debut album Whiskey & Lace is still a few months away, but her record label is readying the release of an EP as the song "Daddy Dance With Me" builds a buzz.
Best known for performing a duet on national television with her father, Toby Keith, Krystal has focused a lifetime immersed in music on the upcoming release of her debut album. Prior to that release, however, the self-titled EP is being released by Show Dog-Universal April 16. The move was pushed by reaction to the track "Daddy Dance With Me," which was an unexpected addition to the project.
"It was a complete surprise," Krystal says of the song she wrote with Mica Roberts and Sonya Rutledge for her own wedding. "I wanted a song that honored my dad and was something special on my wedding day. So I wrote and recorded it behind his back. The idea was to have a song that no bride and father had ever danced to before; it was my gift to him."
Needless to say, the accomplished singer and songwriter was stunned. "He actually talked all the way through the dance," Krystal recalls. "I think he was kind of in shock that I pulled one over on him. When I started telling him the lyrics, he said, 'I've never heard a wedding song from the daughter's perspective.'"
Pushed to include the song on her album, Krystal found others' reactions were similar to her father's. "I was just so excited to get it out there so other brides and dads could dance to it, too," she explains. Encouraged by the early response, the label - co-owned by her father - advanced an EP release to make the song available for Father's Day and summer weddings. A video will also be released on April 16.

Edwards is currently in the midst of a media tour that has landed him on major outlets from coast to coast, including the #1 nationally syndicated morning show “Rick & Bubba” (simulcast on television network TNN), IRN/USA Radio Network’s “Daybreak USA,” Sirius/XM’s Elvis Radio and Nashville’s famed WSM Radio (home of the Grand Ole Opry). Edwards has also appeared on “Good Morning Arkansas,” “Atlanta Live,” “Live at 9” (Memphis), “More at Midday” (Nashville), “Music City Beat” (Nashville), “My Carolina Today” (Raleigh) and popular radio program “The Ken Coleman Show,” with many more appearances scheduled in the coming weeks.

Entertainment Tonight will air a special behind the scenes look from the set of the video tonight and will debut the video in its entirety on www.etonline.com exclusivel
y through the weekend. Entertainment Tonight airs on CBS.
Shot in Nashville just last week and directed by Wes Edwards, Aldean called on a few friends to make cameo appearances including Luke Bryan, Hayden Panettiere, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, Jake Owen, Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett. In the clip, each artist hops into the “Diffieizer” – an arcade-style video booth that is a throwback to the year 1994.

“1994” is the third single off Aldean’s PLATINUM album NIGHT TRAIN. It follows seven consecutive No. one songs for Aldean and 11 career No. ones.
Additionally, Aldean will be performing on the Academy of Country Music Awards Sun., April 7, on CBS. He is nominated for three awards in the categories of Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year for “The Only Way I Know” feat. Luke Bryan and Eric Church.

Adam Fears – Adam Fears
This self-titled debut album produced by Landstar Entertainment opens up with the first single being released. There’s a Girl Out There starts the album off with a song that’s lyrically impressive yet seems produced only to expand a fan base. It really doesn’t show off any talent that you’d expect from a singer who has impressed people in a live arena. Track 2 on the other hand is where this album really should begin. You can really understand that this is a Texan who has witnessed and driven straight into the infamous East Texas storm clouds. One can almost visualize the horns on the hood in front and the heat lightning scattering across the sky.
Track 3keeps the deep country vocals while holding tight on the reins. It’s a ‘miss her’ type of song that doesn’t really miss her. Inside his head it’s like a broken record with the thoughts being compared to that of a broken record that just keeps repeating the same thing.
Track 4 has those strong guitar chords and solos added to the words that each of us was probably taught by our parents (that nowadays have been censored in this sensitive politically correct environment.) Track 5throws some scripture in the mix, although I don’t know if you could consider Geronimo religious doctrine. I wonder how many bottles of beer I’m down to now. I think about seventy.
Track 6 is a nice acoustic jam. Lyrically the song is incredible and also it just fits to unwind the album. It’s probably the first album I have reviewed so far that wasn’t all about breaking up, which was a much needed break from the usual.
As a whole, I think the album was good. I think the arrangement of the songs on the album could’ve been better. I think if it had started off with the second track I would’ve received it better. I believe that Adam Fears is probably an incredible live musician. I would suggest this album to any country music fan, and I believe he really is someone who’ll be around for a long time to come.
