Eric Church, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan
Nashville, TN – Feb. 4, 2013 – Multi-Platinum entertainer Jason Aldean lands his seventh consecutive No. one single today, as “The Only Way I Know,” feat. Luke Bryan and Eric Church, takes the top spot on both the Billboard and Mediabase charts.  The second single off his PLATINUM, No. one album NIGHT TRAIN, “The Only Way I Know” is Aldean’s 11th career No. one.

"Having Eric and Luke come sing on this track with me was one of the highlights of recording the album," said Aldean.  "We are buddies off the road and outside of the music business, so this one is extra special for me.  After my first No. one song back in 2006, I worried I may never have another one.  Thankfully, we've been able to rack up a few of them in a row recently, and I have a lot of people to thank for that."

Aldean is gearing up for his 2013 NIGHT TRAIN TOUR which begins Feb. 21 in Bossier City, LA with stops in 24 cities through May, including a Madison Square Garden show (3/2) that sold out in less than 10 minutes.  Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett will open for Aldean on the tour which also includes sold out stadium shows at the University of Georgia’s Sanford Stadium (4/13), Boston’s Fenway Park (7/12 and 7/13) and Chicago’s Wrigley Field (7/20).

The McClymonts Honored with Australian Country Music’s Most Prestigious Awards

The McClymonts Honored with Australian
Country Music’s Most Prestigious Awards

Celebrated Trio Wins “Country Album of the Year,”
Golden Guitars and Welcomes New Addition

Nashville, TN (February 4, 2013) – The McClymonts have received the two most prestigious awards in Australian Country Music.  They’ve been awarded the “ARIA Country Album of the Year” by the Australian Recording Industry Association. This honor was followed by winning the Golden Guitar for the “Highest Selling Australian Album” at the Australian Country Music Awards.
“Winning the highest selling album of the year is so gratifying for us. We just want to thank our fans who gave us this award by making Two Worlds Collide the biggest-selling Australian album of the year,” says Mollie McClymont.

“A very special thanks goes to our 3 producers on this album, Peter Asher, Luke Wooten, and Nathan Chapman. All three of you are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. We feel so lucky to have had you gentlemen on our team,” adds Samantha McClymont.

The McClymonts also took home the Golden Guitar forVideo of the Year” for their single, “Piece of Me” from their current Australian album, Two Worlds Collide.  “Piece of Me” is the celebrated group’s seventh #1 single in a row from their last 2 albums, Wrapped up Good and Two Worlds Collide.

The latest album by the acclaimed sisters has not yet been released in the U.S. But, the group’s management team is optimistic about discussions planned with record labels during their return to Nashville this month.

After touring North America over the last 3 summers as independent artists on their own label, The McClymonts have their sights set on following fellow Australian Keith Urban into the U.S. market and working with a major label.

Many Music City insiders predict that Australia’s most successful country group definitely has what it takes to pick up where The Dixie Chicks left off. Their soaring harmonies and electrifying stage show has impressed many promoters, reporters, and country stars over the last few summers while performing throughout the U.S.

Brooke McClymont, the group’s lead singer, recently gave birth to her first child, a beautiful baby girl named Tiggy Heart. “This baby is going to be a road baby. My sisters are already fighting over who will be the favorite aunty. So, I have no problem with getting plenty of help on the road with Tiggy,” she says.

Nashville, TN...(February 4, 2013)... HLN followed country music entertainer CRAIG CAMPBELL during a recent tour stop in Atlanta for the network’s popular series “ROAD WARRIORS.”  Cameras captured Campbell at home on the road, enjoying his favorite restaurant in the city, performing for a capacity crowd at Wild Bills and competing at his favorite past-time, corn hole! The behind-the-scenes “Road Warriors” segment with Craig Campbell can be seen Tuesday, February 5 in the 6AM eastern hour and again Thursday, February 7 in the 9AM eastern hour during Morning Express with Robin Meade on HLN. This is Campbell’s second TV appearance in the last seven days, having just performed his hits “Outta My Head” and “Family Man” on Hallmark Channel’s MARIE. recently proclaimed Craig “…one of the most promising neo-traditionalist country music artists…today.” His new single “Outta My Head,” from his upcoming sophomore album, is a high-octane up-tempo track with an evocative lyric that describes the struggle of lost love. Produced by Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band) and Matt Rovey and written by Brandon Kinney, Michael Carter, and Cole Swindell, the mesmerizing track showcases Campbell’s rich, warm baritone and expansive range.  The mind-bending music video, directed by Mason Dixon can be seen HERE.

ABOUT CRAIG CAMPBELL: After moving from his hometown of Lyons, Georgia to Nashville in 2002 to pursue his country music dreams, American Country Awards nominee Craig Campbell quickly picked up work as a keyboardist in Luke Bryan and Tracy Byrd’s bands and was later discovered playing a regular gig at legendary Nashville honky-tonk, The Stage. Since signing with Bigger Picture, he has entertained crowds across the U.S., Australia and Switzerland and performed for national TV audiences on Fox & Friends, Huckabee and Marie. The singer-songwriter has earned well-deserved praise from the country’s toughest critics for his 2011 self-titled debut album, which has sold more than a half-million tracks. Campbell’s autobiographical lead single, “Family Man” was a top 15 hit followed by fan-favorite “Fish.” His current smash "Outta My Head" is the title track to his recently released 5-song digital EP and the lead single from his sophomore album, set to release this spring. To learn more about Craig, visit and follow him on Twitter @craigcampbelltv.

CC Launches Syndicated Country Morning Show

CC Launches Syndicated Country Morning Show: More details have emerged about Clear Channel's plans for a new morning show out of Nashville. As reported earlier this morning, WSIX/Nashville will serve as the flagship station for Premiere's nationally syndicated The Bobby Bones Show, which will transition from Clear Channel Top 40 stations to a number of the company's Country outlets. Bones and show members Lunchbox and Amy will debut on WSIX Feb. 18, originating the show from the company's 16th Ave. Nashville studios from 5-10am CT weekdays. Currently, he is based at CC's Top 40 KHFI/Austin; Premiere has syndicated his now discontinued Top 40 show since 2011.
Beginning Feb. 25, the show will bow on sister stations including KASE/Austin, KSD/St. Louis, KTGX/Tulsa, KYKR/Beaumont, WCKT/Ft. Myers, FL, WOBB/Albany, GA and WTXT/Tuscaloosa, AL. The KASE Bama, Rob & Heather morning show is moving across the hall to KVET. Websites in St. Louis and Tulsa showed local morning shows as of Sunday night – no details on their status was available at press time – with the other four stations carrying the Premiere-syndicated Big D & Bubba. Additionally, Premiere will launch the Country Top 30 With Bobby Bones, a four-hour countdown, the weekend of March 2-3, also originating from Nashville.
"The Big 98 has a long and storied history delivering incredible morning radio to Nashville," says Michael Bryan, CC/Nashville OM and WSIX PD. "We’re proud to welcome Bobby and his team as we expand the mission of bringing Nashville’s New Country to the world – from the place where it all begins." WSIX has been without a permanent morning show since the July departure of Billy Greenwood (CAT 7/20).
"Bobby is a tremendous talent," says Premiere EVP/Entertainment programming Jennifer Leimgruber. "His fun, natural and engaging approach to morning radio and passion for Country music will be great for the format and for listeners nationwide."
Adds Bones, "When we created The Bobby Bones Show back in 2002, we wanted to give listeners a fun, real and entertaining morning show. More than 10 years later, that’s what continues to drive us every day. Moving to a Country format is an amazing opportunity to expand our program to a new audience and we couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the connection between the artists, music and fans that makes the Country music industry so unique. Nashville, here we come!"

New Single Available from MisBhavin' Records Impacts Radio Today

BACovervAustin, TX -- Breelan Angel, the debut artist from the newly formed independent label, MisBehavin' Records, is pleased to announce the release of her first single, "It's My Turn."* A fiery anthem for strong females everywhere, this upbeat tune was penned by Breelan with Nashville songwriters Greg Barnhill ("Walkaway Joe" by Trisha Yearwood) and Joanna Cotten ("The Prize);it was produced by Dwight Baker (Kelly Clarkson, Bleu Edmonson) at Matchbox Studios in Austin, Texas. The single is available now through Play MPE and will impact radio today.

Hailing from Baytown, Texas, Breelan is a self-described "steel magnolia" and "It's My Turn" is a personal testament to her Texas-gal determination. Showing off her talent as a vocalist and a songwriter, Breelan chose this as her debut single from the forthcoming album of the same name because of its strong message.

"I wrote 'It's My Turn' as an anthem to represent female empowerment and independence," stated Breelan. "Girls love to go out with their friends and enjoy themselves just as much as men. This song is for all women who need a day to themselves, a new pair of high heels and a night out on the town."

Dwight Baker, platinum producer/engineer/mixer/songwriter and drummer (Heart, Enrique Iglesias), had a positive reaction to the single during the recording process. "From the moment we started recording 'It's My Turn' it was clear it would be Breelan's first single," he commented. "Her performance on the track was tinged with emotion and we knew the lyrics would speak to not just her female fans, but anyone who is ready to leave their worries behind and hit the town. She really lit fire to the track."

Mark Maynard of Momentum Music Nashville is spearheading the campaign and has brought the following on board to promote "It's My Turn" to radio: Chris Taylor, Jennifer Blair, Jack Pride and Jerry Duncan.

Programmers are weighing in with early reviews:

"Breelan is the perfect combination of 'New Country' with a traditional sound as well... In this day of Taylor, Carrie and all the new country songs that sound alike, 'It's My Turn' will cut through the clutter and stand out as a prime example of a real country sound."
Ted Cramer/WIFE FM - Connersville, IN

"Good stuff! Rockin' song that includes a fiddle! Fun, sassy and relatable."
Kelly Green/WEIO "The Farm" - Huntingdon, TN

"A well produced, up-tempo song with just enough sass mixed in to make this a great debut. A 'Girls Night Out' for a new generation."
Mike Thomas/KFAV FM - Warrenton, MO

"This past year was loaded with really strong young female artists and Breelan is front and center! 'It's My Turn' has that rock edge we love to play on BadlandsFM."
Tom Imber/ KBSO - Corpus Christi, TX

"'It's My Turn' by Breelan Angel gets your attention from the first note! This is a rockin' country song that is infectious. You will go right back and play it again. Breelan could be the next female country singer to make a strong impact on the industry."
                                                    Dave Young/KDKD - Clinton, MO

Breelan showed off a God-given natural talent at the early age of three when she began ballet, tap and jazz. As she grew older, she took piano lessons for a time and also performed in choirs and theater productions crafting and developing her vocal talent, demeanor, and stage presence along the way. After working with renowned vocal coach Tom McKinney, Breelan took the next step toward a music career by recording two EPs and making several trips to Nashville to work on her songwriting skills. As a performer she has had the privilege of playing with such acts as Don Williams, Travis Tritt, Joe Nichols, Doug Stone, Randy Rogers Band, Aaron Watson, Jason Boland, Johnny Cooper, Casey Donahew and Cody Johnson.

"Getting over the Florida' bug' isn't all that easy, but a week of rest, a ton of medicine, and some sunshine does marvelous things."  Bob & Sheila Everhart, who record for the Smithsonian Institution, and are on the road performing their 'traveling museum of music' in middle Florida.  "We're all three pretty much back to normal, and looking forward to some more adventure.  We stayed at what we thought would be a nice plush RV park called the Club Naples RV Resort, mostly because there wasn't anything else available.  It was expensive, and we had to park so close to fellow campers there wasn't much more than a few inches between our rigs.  Go figure.  And, just parking and unparking was a chore, so that won't be a park well visit in the future.  I stopped by the pool to watch the afternoon karaoke singers, but that didn't last long, I don't believe I've ever heard such bad singers.  We needed to move on, so we did.
"Bob found a neat place to spend a night in Big Cypress National Park," Sheila added.  "First off, this is a national park, so we stopped at the visitors center and really enjoyed their program, all the alligators and birds, and just being at a beautiful place.  Right next door is an RV park, next to a lake, but there are no hook-ups.  No water, no electricity, no sewer, no cable, no nothing.  When we went in, the camp host asked Bob if he had a Golden Eagle pass.  This is the pass anyone over 65 can get from the National Park Service.  Bob showed it, and the guy said that would be $8 for the three of us for the night.  We knew this would be fine, we parked right next to the lake.  We had such a nice time, Bob got his binoculars out and watched Osprey's dive into the water and catch fish.  So did a huge flock of swallows, probably after mosquito larva.  I had a bottle of white zinfandel wine which we had as we watched the sun go down.  Then a huge alligator floated right by us, probably ten feet away, and finally on, we were too scared to move.  Fireflies came out with the full moon, so we want to do that again, for sure."
"Dad took us on one of those big Wooten air boat trips," Bobbie Lhea piped up.  "Wow, that was really fun.  These huge air boats just glide over the water, even the grass.  We saw so many beautiful birds, one huge flock of Rosetta spoonbills.  Lots of storks, ibis, egret, heron, and all kinds of neat creatures, including alligators and turtles.  And then dad stopped at a Miccosukee Indian Reservation cafe for lunch.  Guess what I had?  Frog legs and alligator tail.  You know what, people who eat frog legs that says it tastes like chicken are right, it does.  The alligator tail isn't bad either.  Both mom and dad liked the Indian fry bread, so even though it wasn't a budget lunch, we sure had a good one.  Now we're headed for Miami to take a cruise to Jamaica."
