Nashville, TN- Aug. 28, 2012-  Country music superstar Tim McGraw wrapped his HomeFront program this weekend in Boston, capping off a summer long campaign to award mortgage-free homes to veterans in need at each tour stop.  Along with Chase, Operation Homefront, and ACM Lifting Lives, the program relieved an unimaginable amount of stress for families who already sacrifice so much.
McGraw has a long history and deep interest in supporting veterans and military families and wanted to find another way to honor and support the vets. Through this program, he was able to meet each family and hear their inspiring personal stories as they walked side by side with him to the stage at each show.
"Each family had touching stories and made an indelible mark on me. From the Delucia family's amazing story of recovery and strength through physical injuries the first night in Tampa to the Connor family, who we surprised this past weekend at their new home with a puppy for their daughter Molly…I will never forget any of them," said McGraw.  "The need to take care of the men and women who fight and sacrifice so much for us is great, and this program is only making a dent.  I definitely hope to do more down the road."
After wrapping the record-breaking Brothers of the Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney, McGraw is set to prepare for his limited engagement at The Venetian in Las Vegas with wife and vocal powerhouse Faith Hill.   “Soul2Soul at The Venetian" marks the first time in 6 years since McGraw and Hill have performed in the US together and opens on Dec. 7, covering 10 weekends through April 2013.

Chesney and McGraw catch 111,209 Fans

Chesney, McGraw Break Record For Tickets Sold in New England, as 111,209 Fans Help 'Brothers of the Sun' Wrap 23 Stadium Dates

The 'Brothers of the Sun' Tour, with Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw, ended its historic run this weekend with two sold-out shows at Foxboro, MA's Gillette Stadium - a triumphant encore for the biggest stadium tour of the year and the highest-grossing tour of the summer, according to Pollstar. The 111,209 tickets sold for the shows were what Dan Murphy, Gillette Stadium's Vice President of External Affairs, called "a record for the biggest country music event in New England history." Just two weeks ago, Chesney and McGraw hosted the biggest ticketed country show in NYC/NJ history at a sold-out MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.
Touring authorities agree that Chesney and McGraw's 22-city/23-stadium jaunt (with two sold-out shows in Foxboro, MA) ruled the road this summer, with no other tours coming close to the number of stadiums hit by the duo. "The 'Brothers of the Sun' tour was a massive commercial and creative success, a very special event that packed 23 stadiums in an era when stadium tours on this continent are few and far between," says Ray Waddell, who covers the touring business for Billboard. "Beyond that, Chesney and McGraw's 'Brothers' was a special treat for fans, who were able to enjoy two of the most charismatic performers in country music history on the same stage, as well as be turned on to Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, and check out a rising star in Jake Owen. This is live music chemistry at its best, and it shows in the type of numbers they put up, as 'Brothers' is one of the elite tours of the year across all genres. 'Brothers of the Sun' was great for country music, the live music business in general and, most importantly, fans."
From Chesney's #1 hits like "Beer In Mexico" or current single "Come Over," to his tribute to Beantown "She's From Boston" - during which he replaced his cowboy hat with a Red Sox cap to the roaring delight of the crowd - the two packed Foxboro audiences soaked up every minute of the performances, knowing that they were witnessing the bittersweet end to an historic tour. With 32 #1 one songs under his belt, McGraw's set covered hits including "Felt Good On My Lips," "Real Good Man," "I Like It, I Love It" and "Live Like You Were Dying." The GRAMMY winner brought the crowd to a fever pitch with his current single and high energy show-stopper "Truck Yeah."
Boston Metro commented, "it was easy to see why people have been calling the 'Brothers of the Sun' Tour one of the biggest country music events that the New England area has ever...And though the tour ends after tonight's performance, it seemed like they could take the show around the country once more."
"I couldn't imagine bringing this incredible journey to a close anywhere else but Gillette Stadium," Chesney said. "The fans in New England welcome us with such energy year after year, and it was the perfect ending to one of the most fun tours I've been a part of."

The Bayou Alligators!

Nine North Records’ Newest Duo to Release Debut Album in September
Nashville, TN, August 27, 2012 … Country music’s hottest new duo, Lucky Ned Pepper may be new to the music scene, but their roots in country music stem as far back as 1992 when the duo’s Rick Russell and Josh Graham led the way for the country band Smokin’ Armadillos. Now, Russell and Graham are back in the spotlight with a new twist on their infectious sounding music they built their following with, only this time as Lucky Ned Pepper.
Lucky Ned Pepper’s debut single with Nine North Record, “I Remember the Music” (penned by Ashley Gorley and Wade Kirby), has shipped to country radio and already has the industry buzzing about what’s to come from the loved voices and entertainers who have quietly been working on new tunes since the Smokin’ Armadillos put an end to their 13 year long career in 2005.
“‘I Remember the Music’ was the first song we picked to be on the new album,” LNP’s Josh Graham says of their new single. “I just can’t imagine finding a song that’s more relatable. It really was inspiring to us, and in a lot of ways, it’s the reason we’re back making music again.”
When the dissolution of the Smokin’ Armadillos occurred, lead vocalist Rick Russell always knew deep down that music was not over for him. He began working on a solo project, along with the help of Graham behind the board in the studio. “It was nice to put my finger back in the music a little bit,” notes Graham who also engineered the Smokin’ Armadillos final independent album, Strike the Match. “I don’t think any of us were burned out on playing music because we were still having fun.”
Before too long, the two long time friends and one-time bandmates thought to give the music career another shot as a duo, and Lucky Ned Pepper was born.
“We’re not traditional country, but we’re country,” Graham says of Lucky Ned Pepper’s music. “We’re just right down the middle country. It’s something different. We do have the advantage where we get to jump into a place where we don’t have to start from scratch, but we’re still starting over in a lot of ways.”
Lucky Ned Pepper will be gearing up to hit the road on their radio tour in support of the new single from their forthcoming debut album, Get Lucky. The 11-track album is slated for release at the end of September, just in time for their headlining performance in their hometown of Bakersfield, Calif. at the Kern County Fair.
“My team and I are thoroughly honored to be working with the Lucky Ned Pepper fellas,” says Nine North Records President, Larry Pareigis. “Great music, great attitude and the best band name in country music today!”

TWEET: Yeah! Yeah! @CraigCampbellTV is releasing new music! #outtamyhead

Nashville, TN...(August 27, 2012)...Craig Campbell’s stellar debut album earned him glowing praise and reviews from many of music’s toughest critics.  He is thrilled to get brand new music out to country radio and fans with his latest effort, “Outta My Head”.

Choosing the first song to lead off a sophomore project can be a daunting task, but Campbell tackled the job head on.

"The first time I heard this song I knew it was a big ole hit,” declares Campbell. “I listened to it once and I was singing the lyrics ‘YEAH! YEAH!’ all day long.  It's so true! Everyone has that someone they can't forget."

“Outta My Head” is a high-octane up-tempo track with an evocative lyric that describes the struggle of lost love. Produced by Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band) and Matt Rovey and written by Brandon Kinney, Michael Carter, and Cole Swindell, the mesmerizing track showcases Campbell’s rich, warm baritone and expansive range.

“Outta My Head” delivers today to country radio via PlayMPE with an official impact date of September 17th.

ABOUT CRAIG CAMPBELL: After moving from his hometown of Lyons, Georgia to Nashville in 2002 to pursue his country music dreams, American Country Awards nominee Craig Campbell quickly picked up work as a keyboardist in Luke Bryan and Tracy Byrd’s bands and was later discovered playing a regular gig at legendary Nashville honky-tonk, The Stage. The singer-songwriter has earned well-deserved praise from the country’s toughest critics for his self-titled debut album, which released in April of 2011. Campbell’s autobiographical lead single, “Family Man” was a top 15 hit followed by “Fish” which has sold a quarter of a million downloads. His current smash “Outta My Head” is the lead single from his sophomore album, set to release early next year.
