NASHVILLE, Tenn.– Multi-ACM and GRAMMY-nominated country arena headliner Eric Church will take The Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour under the blood red sky approximately 6,450 feet above sea level to perform at the infamous open-air Red Rocks Amphitheatre (Morrison, CO) for a sold-out crowd on May 19. This marks his twenty-first sold-out show on the tour, including his performance in New York City on Wednesday, March 14 at Hammerstein Ballroom. “It’s so surreal. I don’t know what the hell happened in a year and a half post-CHIEF [current RIAA Gold-certified album], but it’s great. My fans have a passion for this music, I have a passion for it and we’ve both believed in it, and this is what has happened,” Church told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer in a recent interview.

He will also perform on NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in support of his current single  “Springsteen,” on Monday, March 19. The song is currently No. 20 on the Country Billboard chart after just six weeks -- by far his fastest-rising radio single to-date.
The Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour, which kicked off on January 19 in Fort Smith, AR, is Church’s first-ever headlining arena tour, a giant step up since performing in rock bars just a year ago to roughly 2,000 fans on a good night. Now, Church’s shows average 7,500 tickets sold.
Scott McLennan of The Boston Globe assumed the role of one of those fans at the Tsongas Center March 2 and remembers, “Church began with ‘Country Music Jesus,’ and 90 minutes later it seemed that country’s savior wears a ball cap and mirrored shades, not a cowboy hat.” Jim Harrington of the Oakland Tribune adds, “Arguably the hottest artist in country music these days.”
The show at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre follows a jam-packed spring tour schedule including stops in Tallahassee, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Columbus, OH, Lexington, KY,  Nashville, TN and more. VIP Packages that include an intimate backstage performance and meet-and-greet are also available for purchase on the site. Kentucky HeadHunters To Be Inducted
Into Kentucky Music Hall of Fame

LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY — In ceremonies today at WKYT-TV (CBS) in Lexington, The Kentucky HeadHunters were named among the 2013 inductees into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.

In all, seven Kentucky born groups / artists will be inducted, also including Exile, The Hilltoppers, Steven Curtis Chapman, Skeeter Davis, Old Joe Clark and Emory & Linda Lou Martin.

“I can’t tell you what an honor this is for us,” said Richard Young of the Kentucky HeadHunters, who were on hand for the announcement.  “We’re obviously proud to be from Kentucky, and this kind of recognition with this group of people is such a privilege.”

The Kentucky HeadHunters have been touring of late in support of their new album, Dixie Lullabies, their first in 8 years.

Ray Waddell of Billboard Magazine called the group “the most consistent and durable Southern rock outfit on the planet,” and Steve Wine with Associated Press echoed  “This is ramshackle rock for toe-tapping and keg tapping.”

On Dixie Lullabies,  The Kentucky HeadHunters take a look at where they were, where they are and where they’re headed  on Dixie Lullabies.   The multi-platinum Grammy-winning HeadHunters has been touring constantly with massive hits like “Dumas  Walker”, “Walk Softly On This Heart of Mine” and “Oh Lonesome Me,” and on Dixie Lullabies they remain true to themselves, blending elements of Blues, Country, English Rock, Rockabilly, Jazz, and, of course, Southern Rock.

This year’s inductees include a smattering of seven native Kentucky artist with worldwide influence spanning the Christian, Rock and traditional Country music genres.  Past inductees include music legends such as Loretta Lynn, Patty Loveless, Steve Wariner, Keith Whitley, Crystal Gayle, Dwight Yoakam, Wynonna & Naomi Judd, Ricky Skaggs, Tom T. Hall, Bill Monroe and many more.

Bridging the gape between music and healthcare once again Rockcastle Regional Hospital and University of Kentucky Healthcare will be title sponsors of the upcoming Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum Induction Ceremony to be held April 12, 2013.

The Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum exists both to honor native Kentucky music professionals who have made significant contributions to the music industry in Kentucky and around the world and to be an educational source for anyone desiring to increase their knowledge of Kentucky’s music.

About LiveWire:
Since forming in the mid-90s, LiveWire has forged a reputation as one of the top-draw live acts in the Midwest by regularly packing venues in their home state of Missouri and in the surrounding areas of Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas. Along the way, their homegrown talent has taken them across America where they have opened for a "Who's Who" of the music world, and experienced a brush with the "big time" as finalists in the 2009 Colgate Country Showdown, where they performed on the stage of the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

LiveWire features lead singer/acoustic guitarist Andy Eutsler, lead guitarist Bobby DeGonia, drummer Adam Hagerman, fiddle player Cory Shultz, rhythm guitarist Danny Bell and bassist Landon Rolfe. Their unique Ozark Mountain firebrand sound blends working man's Country and rootsy Southern Rock. Edgy and passionate, their original songs are infused with the kind of lyrical honesty and expert musicianship that can only be forged through years of shared personal experiences and hardships. Themes of the common man resound - it's music about real life: good times, hard times, poverty, love, loss, family, spirituality, death and redemption.

LiveWire released their debut single "Tater Fed" in May 2011 and a self-titled EP in June of that year. "Tater Fed" climbed both the U.S. and European charts and was supported with a video shot by Nashville director Flick Wiltshire (Jason Sturgeon/Tracy Lawrence). After signing with Nashville-based Way Out West Records late last year, LiveWire released a single via iTunes entitled "Miracle Of The Human Spirit," with proceeds going to benefit the rebuilding efforts in the band's hometown of Joplin, MO, which was devastated by an EF-5 tornado on May 22, 2011. The powerful video for the song was directed by Mark Nicolosi (Stealing Angels/Mark Wills) and gave an International platform for LiveWire to help raise awareness about the needs in Joplin by gaining airplay on CMT Pure, The Country Network, and GACTV.com,among other outlets.

LiveWire is currently in the studio recording their full-length debut album slated for release in Spring 2012.

Casey James Celebrates March 20 Release Of Debut Album With Performance On The Ellen Degeneres Show On March 21

NASHVILLE, TN -- For Casey James, years of playing in bars, endlessly practicing his guitar and honing his writing skills is culminating the release of his self titled, 19 Recordings/BNA Records debut album on March 20. “My heart gets fluttery thinking about it,” admits the Cool, TX native. “All my life, I've wanted to get an album in stores. It will be a huge day.” Casey will spend the week crisscrossing the country with performances that include a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show where he will perform his Top 30 single, “Let’s Don’t Call It A Night.” The show airs on March 21.
For Casey, the realization of his dream to release an album has been years in the making. “I’m almost 30 years old and have been working for more than 12 years, at least 4 or 5 hours a night, every night at any place that would let me in the door and play,” says James. “I actually sang before I talked. My dad sang to me before I was born so it was just something that was always in my blood and my heart,” he continued.
But it was a third place finish on season 9 of American Idol that set his career in fast forward. “It’s given me the exposure that I worked 12 years to get in every local bar, restaurant and private party, “said Casey.” “There’s the saying, ‘a 10 year overnight success,’ and that’s what the show did for me. It was a great experience all the way around.”
Casey co-wrote 9 of the 11 songs on the album including the first single. He collaborated with some of the top writers in Nashville including Terry McBride, Chris Lindsey, Bob DiPiero, and Brett James. Of writing with those talents, he says, “I’ve learned a lot. These guys are the titans of the writing world, and just the fact that they would agree to meet with me was amazing.”
In addition to writing most of the album, Casey co-produced the album with Chris Lindsey and played guitar on all the tracks. “I love to play. It’s my passion,” said Casey. He picked different guitars for different moods, and on “Let’s Don’t Call It A Night,” he played two different guitars. “The very first lead part is on a Telecaster, and then the end is on a Stratocaster, just because I felt like the end needed to be more sexy. And where Strat says sexy to me, Telecaster says country.” “Why not both, right?”
Casey James is available at retail and all digital providers on March 20. Each day, March 10th – March 20th visit www.CaseyJamesOfficial.com to find out where you can stream exclusive premiers of each track from Casey’s new album and enter to win a trip to American Idol!

Nashville, TN – March 12, 2012 – Multi-Platinum singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley scored his ninth career No. one hit today as the anthemic “Home” takes the top spot on both the Billboard and Mediabase charts. The title track off Bentley’s No. one album is also currently nominated for Song of the Year at the 47th Annual ACM Awards set to air April 1 on CBS at 8:00P ET.

"It's been so cool to see fans reacting to this song on the road…the idea of 'Home' and what that means to different people has been really inspiring," said Bentley from tour in Australia.  "I'm really proud to have written this song with my friends Brett Beavers and Dan Wilson, and it's extra special for me personally to be partof Dan's first No. one hit on the country charts!"
Early on, the track received critical acclaim from outlets like National Public Radio and earned Bentley an invitation to perform at The White House last fall.  Its universal message has resonated with fans in Canada where "Home" spent multiple weeks at No. one.  The poignant lyrics also prompted a partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project around Bentley's tour dates, and inspired Ellen DeGeneres to team up with Bentley to surprise an active military family with $50,000 on her show.
“It's a rarity in country music -- a song about America that manages to be clear-eyed and unsentimental, while remaining deeply patriotic and moving.” – Philadelphia Inquirer
“The title tune undergirds images of the USA that unify rather than divide with acoustic guitar, bell sounds, sonorous piano chords and Edge-like guitar patterns.” – USA Today
“The title track - his own - is a patriotic heart-warmer that bucks the expected flag-waving to embrace the strength of our country's differences.” – Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
“Cinematic in its scope and unifying in its message, the secondsingle from Dierks’ forthcoming album succeeds at the difficult task of being patriotic without being overtly flag-waving. It is an anthem in the truest sense, full of chiming guitars and soaring choruses.”  – Country Weekly
Bentley is currently touring Australia on his 2012 Country & ColdCans Tour and will return to the states for its 20-city spring run beginning next month. For more a full list of upcoming tour dates and appearances, visit www.dierks.com.
