LeRose Hailed as "21st Century Loretta Lynn"

Reader’s Digest, Fox News, Vintage Guitar Magazine, SiriusXM, Virginian-Pilot,
AOL and Roughstock.com Applaud LeRose on Debut Album

Social Media Starlet Boasts 37 Thousand YouTube Channel Subscribers,
19 Thousand Twitter Followers, 18 Thousand Facebook Fans

Nashville, Tenn. (October 11, 2011) – Blossoming Country music singer CJaye LeRose may currently be an unsigned artist but with a social media following that swallows up several of Nashville’s major label talents, there’s no denying that she’s a force to be reckoned with.

LeRose, with nearly 3 million YouTube hits and 37 thousand channel subscribers, 19 thousand Twitter followers and more than 18 thousand Facebooklikes,’ released her debut album, Date With The Tub, this past July.  The news media has since taken notice, giving LeRose national notoriety.

Here's what a few of America's critics are saying about LeRose:

Reader’s Digest:
"CJaye LeRose's new album introduces a sparkling new talent who combines a sweet old country sensibility with a fresh new sound.  The songs stay with you long after you've finished listening to the CD."
-John Alexander, Senior Music Editor

Vintage Guitar Magazine:
"She (CJaye) has Dolly Parton's charm, Roger Miller's wit, Loretta Lynn's incisiveness, and the under-rated June Carter Cash's smoldering passion."
-Rick Allen, Music Reviewer

Fox News:
"The Texas native’s tunes are charmingly lighthearted... she’s modeled herself after the artists she’s admired growing up, like Deana Carter and Shania Twain."
-Aaron Schrank, Online Editor

"CJaye LeRose can be described as sexy, sassy and surreal... like a 21st century Loretta Lynn, but stronger."
-Frank Roberts, Music Critic

AOL The Boot:
"Many of her songs are delivered with tongue firmly in cheek, and her good-natured humor and fresh approach to country music is allowing fans to learn more about her every day."
-Stephen Betts, Online Editor

SiriusXM Satellite Radio:
"CJaye LeRose is a bright, effervescent personality with a heart as large as her talent."
-John Marks, Director of Country Programming

"'The Porch'... is equal parts Dolly Parton charm and Pam Tillis strength."
-Matt Bjorke, Online Editor

In 2009, LeRose created her own YouTube channel to raise awareness about animal adoption, but it was when she started posting videos of her songs that she began receiving multitudes of hits.

Earlier this year, LeRose made the move from her home in Houston, Texas to Nashville, Tennessee. The decision was a major leap of faith but with thousands of fans behind her, she didn't lack support.

Glasperlenspiel - Beweg Dich mit mir

Glasperlenspiel - Debüt-Album "Beweg Dich mit mir" entert Top 15 der Charts
Universal Music Bild

(Nashville, Tennessee) –October 10, 2011 –The Inspirational Country Music Association is this year moving to a new level of Nashville humanitarianism with a “Turning Nashville Pink” theme being embraced both during Inspirational Country Music Week, October 24-27th and the ICM Faith, Family, & Country Awards presentation October 28 at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Numerous businesses throughout downtown Nashville will display pink in support of the cause during Inspirational Country Music Week, and the state capitol itself will be showered in pink lighting for the entire week to honor and raise awareness for the cause.

The 2011 ICM Faith, Family & Country Awards continue as the highpoint finale of Inspirational Country Music Week. This year’s planned schedule will run October 24-28 in Nashville and as in past years is slated to draw a broad cross section of industry, music fans, broadcast media, and artists in a well-orchestrated showcase of music and seminar related activities.

The theme of ICM-Association events this year reflect a commitment to October’s national theme of breast cancer awareness month and the organization’s corporate partnership to raise funds to benefit the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition, www.tbcc.org.  It’s an outreach close to the heart of ICM-Association Executive Director, Jason Higgins.

“My own mother is a two time survivor of this devastating disease which now effects one out of eight women nationally,” he noted in a recent interview. “From our platform of having the ability to engage music and major name artists with the meaningful aspects of a vital humanitarianism cause that would benefit Middle Tennessee, we felt our efforts to ‘Paint Nashville Pink’ would be an extremely meaningful addition to this year’s ICM-Association events.”

Special events planned include:
  • Tennessee's State Capitol will “turn pink” with special lighting effects–October 24—28.
  • A special “pink carpet” roll-out is planned for honoree survivors to enter the Awards Show as VIP guests –interacting with artists and presenters for photo opportunities etc.
  • A VIP honoree seating section is planned onstage at the Awards.
  • NossiCollege of the Arts based in Nashville is contributing  original graphics to be displayed during  ICM-Week as well as producing a series of video vignettes with breast cancer survivors that will be aired during the presentation of the ICM Faith, Family, & Country Awards at Schermerhorn Symphony Center on October 28.
  • A special “Silent Pink Auction” will be held during ICM-Week at the Millennium Maxwell House host hotel, October 24-27.
  • Downtown Nashville businesses and restaurants will display pink in their windows during ICM-Week by special arrangement with the Nashville Downtown Partnership.
  • Special concerts will be held nightly at 6:30 P.M. at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel during ICM-Week with $10.00 ticket prices benefiting the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition.

Artists set to perform include:
  •  Monday - Oct. 24     --The Roys, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver
  •  Tuesday - Oct. 25   --Point of Grace
  •  Weds. - Oct. 26       --Guy Penrod
  •  Thurs. - Oct. 27       --Jeff Bates, Buddy Jewell
Additionally, new artist Lucas Hoge, star of Animal Planet’s popular television series, Last Chance Highway, will have a special spotlight at the Friday presentation of the ICM-Awards.  His song, How Was I To Know is a tribute to his own mother’s fight against breast cancer.

The October 28 ICM Faith, Family & Country Awards presentation continues as the highpoint finale of Inspirational Country Music Week.

The awards presentation will be co-hosted again this year by GAC-TV’s popular anchor host Storme Warren and Inside Edition’s Megan Alexander.  Major award nominees for this year’s honors include Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Ronnie Dunn, The Band Perry, Josh Turner, Randy Travis, Ricky Skaggs, The Isaacs, and George Strait.  Artists set to perform include the Oak Ridge Boys, Lee Greenwood, Ricky Skaggs, Guy Penrod, Buddy Jewell, and Chuck Day with additional artist presenters and performers to be announced.

Jeremy McComb - LEAP & the net will appear…..

Jeremy McComb - LEAP & the net will appear…..
Nashville, TN (Monday Oct. 10, 2011) --- After an initial start in the Nashville music machine, Singer/Songwriter/Producer/Comedian/Entertainer/Entrepreneur -
Jeremy McComb, decided to take matters into his own hands.
On the heels of his debut release, MY SIDE OF TOWN, McComb has emerged a changed artist and man. His mantra LEAP & the net will appear is also the name of his sophomore music project, which releases digitally tomorrow Oct 11th.  The labor of love started this past summer and McComb has never thought of looking back, he just keeps moving forward, knowing that the “net” is going to be there despite it all.
Taking an unprecedented “LEAP” of faith, he reached out to his fans to for support. They’ve been with him every step of the way, from the inception on Kickstarter.com where they generously gave more than he ever imagined, all the way to his sold out Stageit.com shows and his ever growing social network.  McComb has made a point to keep his fans up to date on the entire process through tirelessly posting video updates, writing blogs and keeping his “status,” seemingly minute-to-minute, on his Facebook page and web site.  Check it out here.
“I’ve dreamt of making this record for two years. I had a major label deal, then a “major independent” deal, publishing deals, yada…yada… yada.. The problem was, I put my self worth, my worth as a music maker or “artist” or whatever, on the opinions of the people who ran and made the calls for those companies and I got tired of sitting in rooms writing music for no other reason than to write. I had no project coming out and I didn’t know what my next step was. So I took some time and I wrote the songs I wanted to write and then I turned to my fans, because they never disappoint me,” says McComb. “ Don’t get me wrong, I’m not ‘downing’ the system, it works for many artists and it may even work for me again someday, I just couldn’t wait on the wheels to turn, I had to make this music now.”
Through the support of his fans, McComb started his own record label, McCombOVER Records. The entire operation is solely independent, from the fan funding (there is no millionaire investor involved) all the way to the posts and video blogs the entertainer self records, edits and posts.  His clever personality and talent suit him well and are responsible for his Gibson Epiphone Guitar endorsement, (he is one of the few independent artists to even have one) and his relationship with Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey.
McComb’s work ethic is a force all its own. The young entrepreneur plays numerous regular music gigs each week in Nashville as well as road shows.  He has also made time to travel to 8 different locations this past year, including Germany, to give of his time for Wounded Warriors Project’s Soldier Ride. He not only participates in the bicycle rides but he is also volunteers his time to the Soldier Ride staff, helping unpack and set up the special touring bikes the Warriors ride during these therapeutic marathon events.  After the days ride concludes, McComb pulls out his acoustic and entertains the crowd during dinner. McComb, a true patriot, is a passionate and eloquent celebrity spokesperson for the rides, offering his time to talk about them and promote the events in all of the cities where they happen.
Through all of his work and travel, McComb carved out time to make the trek to Inman, South Carolina to record LEAP & the net will appear with his trusted pals Tim Lawter and Rusty Milner, former members of The Marshall Tucker Band, who engineered his debut release and co-produced the current project with him.  The collaboration has proven a worthy one and McComb is already receiving rave reviews from his fans who were awarded the opportunity to garner a “sneak peek” because of their Kickstarter contributions.
LEAP & the net will appear releases tomorrow Oct. 11th digitally and McComb will celebrate with a LIVE show in Nashville at The Rutledge on Oct. 19th at 6pm. The show, sponsored by Fireball, is FREE and the public is invited to attend.
